The Rebel Housewives are...
Sherri Caldwell (The Redhead) and Vicki Todd (The Blonde): wives, mothers, writers, best friends and former neighbors in Atlanta, Georgia. Between the two of them, they manage 2 husbands, 5 kids, 3 dogs, 1 pet rabbit and occasionally some fish.
Sherri lives with her husband, Russ, their three children and two dogs in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been a full-time work-at-home mom, wife, and "Mom-preneur" since the birth of her first child in 1995.
Sherri has written nonfiction for more than ten years in internal business training and marketing publications for several large companies. She has published numerous articles and three newsletter series online, which were highly acclaimed and distributed worldwide by best-selling author Robert G. Allen.
Sherri graduated with honors in 1991 from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington, with her Major in Developmental Psychology and Minor in Finance. Although always a writer, and more professionally so for the last ten years, Sherri has enjoyed a diverse employment background from shop clerk to innkeeper, banking and insurance to yacht charter management, telemarketing, network marketing, and a dreadful four years as a collections officer for the Internal Revenue Service.
After "retiring" in 1995, she explored various entrepreneurial pursuits and work-at-home opportunities. With her husband's business success, she even got to be a rich housewife for a little while, on paper anyway, before the market crashed and they lost it all--except for the debt! Besides being a busy wife and Mom, writing is what she loves to do best.
Vicki Todd, co-author of The Rebel Housewife Rules: To Heck with Domestic Bliss, lives in Hong Kong with her husband, Brad, two children, Clayton and Lillian, and Lucy the Great Dane. She enjoys writing, cooking, walking, tennis, rollerbalding, and surfing--the net, that is! She is a free spirit with an entrepreneurial soul.
Vicki was born in Mankato, Minnesota, and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.I.S. degree. She worked in fashion and retail for over 10 years. She attended the Mind Body Institute of Strong, Stretched, and Centered In Maui, Hawaii, and is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer. Vicki co-authored the cookbook, "How to Cook for Your Man and Still Want to Look at Him Naked."
