Great interview this morning with Pete Summers in Danbury, CT. We had a fun conversation talking about the holidaze and breaking points--you either laugh or start crying (you might not be able to stop). Rebel Housewives, of course, prefer to Live, Love & Laugh!

I shared last night's special holiday moment: The dog got locked downstairs in the basement when we were in and out with the holiday prep. She's so quiet, we didn't know she was trapped in the basement for about an hour (it's a nice basement, really not that scary). She freaked out and pooped ALL OVER the basement floor (concrete, fortunately!)--quite literally a sh*t-storm. While I was arming myself to deal with THAT, the kids were throwing fruit (?!) around in the kitchen and managed to knock a whole can of soda off the counter and all over the floor...this is all after the youngest has been home with me all week with a yucky bug, I got called out because my daughter said a bad word on the bus (I don't even say SOB, I prefer GDI!), two broken glass jars (involving a new "pet" spider), holiday prep, and all kinds of other stuff...I had to laugh.

And then I stopped. They cleaned up the soda, I cleaned up the poop. Nobody said any bad words.

Ho. Ho. Ho...
