Holiday Contest - Bookreporter.com

It never ceases to amaze me, how quickly the days go between Monday and Friday, especially before holidays -- are you ready?! I'll try to make this brief today, and include a few holiday gift suggestions (books, of course), to help you out...
Last week, I was writing about 'bad' teenagers in LULLABIES FOR LITTLE CRIMINALS. This week's Rebel Review is about one of my favorite (fictional) teenagers, Hallie Palmer, in the third book of a terrific series for teenagers/young adults: THE BIG SHUFFLE.
I have to thank my friend Wiley at BookReporter.com for sending me THE BIG SHUFFLE and keeping me up-to-date with the author, Laura Pedersen. For another great gift book (adult) by Laura Pedersen, see THE SWEETEST HOURS.
