Camp Mommy/Spring Break - Day 2

Movie Day

Another beautiful day, but colder than yesterday. We got the house under control (again) this morning, with (more) laundry and kitchen clean-up, Zach's pet-sitting duties, and a little more TV and PlayStation...and then we went out for lunch (Arby's) and a movie:
Ice Age 2: The Meltdown.

We might not have spent the money (more than half our budget for the week, with the frozen cokes!) to spend the afternoon inside a dark theatre, if it were not perfect timing, with the sequel to one of our all-time favorite movies -- LOVED it!!

Of course, we had to come home and watch the first Ice Age. Consensus opinion is we liked the original better than the sequel, but Ice Age 2 is laugh-out loud funny in more than a few parts, and well worth Movie Day at the theatre. Note we went on Tuesday -- FREE Popcorn Day for Regal MovieWatchers at our Regal Theatre!
