Crazy Days & An Afternoon At The Movies

I indulged in a "crazy day" last week. Not crazy-busy (finally), just a little off...now that I'm trying to explain it, I find myself at a loss... Crazy, as in, funky; what could have been despair or depression -- that kind of "crazy" -- but I didn't go there, into the gray, because I've finally learned to embrace those "off" days, as much as possible -- to succumb to the mood and indulge, within reason; to make it through, without pharmaceuticals or other extraordinary measures.

So, a crazy day -- a Mental Health Day, as I wrote about in THE REBEL HOUSEWIFE RULES! Every once in a while, we are all entitled to do something outside of our ordinary routine -- it's a good thing.

All of this to justify an afternoon at the movies, all by myself!

Additional notes:
1) www.imdb.com - The Internet Movie Database is an excellent online resource and source of comprehensive information about movies and everything related. Check it out next time you are looking for movie facts, actor information, even memorable quotes!

2) I LOVE Regal Cinemas! On my crazy day, I discovered Tuesday is FREE POPCORN day for Regal Crown Club members (at least at Atlantic Station in Atlanta) -- how cool is that?! I didn't have a Regal Crown Club card, but now I do. If you're going, you might as well enjoy the freebies! Join the club FREE at www.RegalCinemas.com.
