BOOKS: Mojo Mom!

I am excited to tell you about a brand-new book, just in time for Mother’s Day (2005)--and it is gorgeous, besides being a wonderful book to read:
Mojo Mom: Nurturing Your Self While Raising a Family

Mojo Mom is THE BOOK to give to all your soon-to-be New Mom friends--the perfect shower or New Mommy gift, especially for women who are making the transition from independent, working woman to MOMMY. (Trust me, the New Mommy doesn’t have a clue how her life is about to change, and Mojo Mom will be not only a lifesaver, but a sanity-saver as well!)
I had the pleasure of meeting Amy Tiemann, and previewing the manuscript for Mojo Mom. I was hesitant to jump into it at first...kind of a “been there, done that” assumption on my part, I guess, but when I started reading, I enjoyed it so much--and I learned so much! I put the book down only long enough to get my highlighter to mark pages and take notes, especially on some of the books and resources Amy mentions and lists in the “References and Resources” section at the end of each chapter.
